Who this policy covers
This policy explains what information Granite collects through this website (teamgranite.com and floor.teamgranite.com) and through our text messages, how we use it, and what we never do with it. Granite is a registered investment adviser. We work behind your own financial adviser's firm, as a sub-adviser to it.
What we collect
Information you choose to give us - your name and email address if you contact us or send us a request from this website.
Your mobile phone number - only if you give it to your own adviser for our one-time signing codes. Your adviser records it on your file; it does not come from this website.
Basic visit information - such as the pages viewed, your browser type and your internet address, which the site needs to work and to stay secure.
How we use your mobile number: text messages
We use your mobile number for one purpose only: to text you a one-time code so you can open and sign your own advisory documents. You receive a code only when you ask for it by pressing the "Text me my code" button on your private document page. Message frequency: one message for each code you request. We send nothing on a schedule and never send marketing or promotional texts.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages depending on your plan. Granite does not charge for these messages.

What we never do with your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share your mobile number, or the record that you agreed to receive our codes, with any other company - including companies connected to us - for their marketing or promotional use.
Who helps us deliver the service
We use service providers only to run this website and to deliver our messages - for example Twilio, which delivers our text messages, and our website host. They may process your information only to provide that service to us, and not for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose above or as the law requires of a registered investment adviser.
Clients of the program
If you become a client, you also receive our client Privacy Notice, which covers your account information. It is consistent with this policy and does not change anything above about text messages.
